Booking & Attendance: An appointment must be scheduled to receive the service. You will be contacted within a maximum of 48 working hours from the invoice date to arrange your session. If the client is more than 5 minutes late or cancels within less than 24 working hours, they will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
